Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in or using any Ruhaa™ wellness membership. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Nature of the Programme
Ruhaa™ is a wellness membership programme operated by Breindels Research Ventures Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru. It is not an insurance product and does not underwrite, indemnify, or reimburse medical expenses in the manner of an insurance policy. Benefits provided are wellness and healthcare facilitation services as described in your chosen membership plan.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals and families resident in India, including NRI and OCI cardholders with family members resident in India. Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment.
3. Membership Plans and Benefits
Benefits vary by membership tier (Ruhaa Essential, Ruhaa Family, Ruhaa Complete, Ruhaa Global). The specific benefits applicable to your plan are set out in your membership confirmation. Ruhaa reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits with reasonable notice.
4. Medicine Reimbursements
Medicine reimbursements are wellness benefits subject to a maximum annual limit per plan. Claims must be supported by a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner and original pharmacy receipts. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Reimbursements are processed within 7–14 working days of verified claim submission.
5. Diagnostic Services
Diagnostic test benefits are available through Ruhaa's partner network of NABL-accredited laboratories. Members must book through Ruhaa's support channels. Home sample collection is available in select cities and is subject to availability.
6. Teleconsultations
Teleconsultation services are facilitated through Ruhaa's partner healthcare providers. The number of covered consultations per year is specified by plan tier. Ruhaa Global members receive unlimited teleconsultations. Consultations are subject to doctor availability.
7. Emergency Ambulance
Emergency ambulance coordination is a facilitation service. Ruhaa assists in coordinating ambulance services but cannot guarantee response times, which are dependent on local availability and conditions. This service does not cover the cost of ambulance services unless specified in your plan.
8. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for providing accurate information, using benefits in good faith, and notifying Ruhaa of any changes to their details. Misuse of membership benefits may result in termination of membership without refund.
9. Privacy and Data
Ruhaa collects and processes personal and health information to provide membership services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, stored, and used.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ruhaa's liability in connection with any claim arising from the membership is limited to the membership fee paid. Ruhaa is not liable for any loss, injury, or expense resulting from the use or inability to use partner services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
6. Your Rights
